are an internet interface enabling licensed EU-pharmacies to fulfill orders for their products and medications. The Pharmacy Agents are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted by the purchaser is transmitted in an accurate and timely manner to EuroMed doctors so that they are able to review the orders made by the purchaser and personally contact the purchaser if necessary. All medications are distributed by the EuroMed pharmacists without any legal obligation of the Pharmacy Agents.

The pharmacists may supply prescription medicines only on the basis of a prescription written by a medical doctor registered in the European Union. The Pharmacy Agents cannot be held liable in connection with any order placed on this website, and also cannot be held liable for the accuracy of the diagnosis or the medication prescribed (or the correct use of the medications prescribed and supplied). It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to use any medications supplied under the guidance of their own physician. The pharmacy is responsible for ensuring that the correct product, in the correct amount and the correct strength is supplied to the patient as prescribed by the medical practitioner. According to European law, product liability lies solely with the manufacturer.

Pharmacists offering their products on this site dispense branded (or, in the case the patent has expired), generic pharmaceutical products that are registered in EU-member States. European patent law applies. The pharmacy agents, as well as its affiliated medical doctors and pharmacies and pharmacists take no responsibility for compliance with importation requirements and regulations of the country of destination. This remains the final responsibility of the purchaser.

For USA customers a Personal Importation Form based on FDA Chapter 9 guidance for personal
importations of drugs will be filed on behalf of the purchaser. Delivery of all ordered medications is the full and exclusive responsibility of the licensed EU-pharmacy.

All medications are shipped on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to act in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the country of destination. Currently the pharmacy agents can only accept orders from residents of :
United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), Australia and the following European countries:
Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

All shipments are provided by registered mail or courier and delivery can only be accepted by a person over the age of 21 (or of full legal age according to the laws of the recipients country). The Pharmacy Agents cannot held liable for losses, incorrect or delayed deliveries or product damage caused by improper handling of the shipping agent. According to European law, once products have been dispensed (delivered) by a pharmacy these products may not be returned to the pharmacy. Therefore order cancellations or alterations after the order has been delivered and /or shipped, cannot be accepted. Fulfillment of the contract takes place when the goods leave the pharmacy.
The Laws of Switzerland applies to all disputes.
